Our service is a high-end, customizable service for organisations requiring the skills of a highly skilled computer professionals.

This service offers network and server administration; including server design, setup, configuration, troubleshooting and long-term maintenance. System administration staff can also assist with other higher-level computing needs such as strategic planning, security analysis, reviewing candidates for technical positions, or designing data backup and recovery strategies.

The System Administration Service is ideal for workgroups who:

Have their own server (Netware, NT, Unix and/or Appleshare).
Are concerned about security.
Are concerned about data (backups and data integrity).
Need assistance with unit-wide computing issues (e.g. printing, e-mail or web server management).
Are doing high-end or special purpose computing.

Presys Group is pleased to be able to offer a variety of choices in contracting for our services.

Many of our offerings are:

available on an on-going, long-term basis:
on an as-needed (hourly) basis as well. or
tell us what you need and we'll provide that service for as long as you need it.
Long term contracts—of at least 3 months—are popular for our System Administration and Desktop Support Services. They offer significant savings over the hourly rate and guarantee that our staff will be on-site for a specified number of hours each week. Over 90% of our customers choose this option, and many renew their contracts term after term.

Hourly rates are also offered.
This option is well-suited to short-term projects; for example

troubleshooting a security emergency
taking care of annual desktop maintenance
or covering the duties of an employee who's on leave.
